Lumira Furniture Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of lumirafurn.com and purchases from Lumira Furniture. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked below.

Product information

We work to keep titles, specifications, dimensions, finishes, images, prices, and availability accurate. Furniture can vary slightly by production run, screen color, natural material, grain, dye lot, or manufacturer update. Measurements are approximate unless the manufacturer states otherwise. Customers are responsible for confirming product dimensions, room fit, doorway and stair clearance, and building access before ordering.

Pricing, availability, and order acceptance

An order confirmation means we received your request; it does not guarantee acceptance or availability. We may verify inventory, pricing, payment, shipping feasibility, or fraud risk before accepting an order. If a material catalog, pricing, or availability error is discovered, we will contact you with the available options and will not substitute a materially different item without authorization.

Payment

Payment is due through the methods offered at checkout. Taxes, delivery, and optional services are shown separately when applicable. Financing products, if offered, are governed by the provider's separate terms.

Delivery and access

Delivery dates are estimates until confirmed by the carrier. The customer must provide accurate contact and access information, be available for the scheduled appointment, and ensure the merchandise can safely reach the intended location. Delivery, damage reporting, missed appointments, and split shipments are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Returns and cancellations

Eligibility, exclusions, damage claims, restocking fees, return freight, cancellation timing, and refund processing are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Manufacturer warranties

Some products include a manufacturer warranty. Warranty duration and coverage vary by brand and item. Normal wear, misuse, commercial use, improper assembly, unauthorized modification, and damage after delivery may be excluded. Contact us with your order number for help identifying the applicable warranty process.

Site use and intellectual property

Site content, branding, layouts, text, and original media may not be copied, scraped, republished, or used commercially without permission, except for ordinary personal shopping use. You may not interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the site for unlawful activity.

Privacy and communications

Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy. Transactional email or text messages may be used to confirm orders, coordinate delivery, prevent fraud, and provide requested support. Marketing messages are sent only as allowed by law and available consent settings.

Limits and governing terms

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumira Furniture is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from site use, carrier delay, or misuse of a product. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in North Carolina, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection that applies to you.

Order verification and fraud prevention

Every order is reviewed before it is released to our vendors. We may request additional verification, such as a photo ID matching the cardholder name, a confirmation call, or delivery to the card's billing address, for high-value orders, orders where billing and delivery addresses differ, or orders flagged by our payment processor. We may cancel and refund any order that cannot be verified within 3 business days or that we reasonably believe is fraudulent. We do not deliver to freight forwarders, reshipping services, P.O. boxes, or addresses outside the contiguous United States, and purchases for resale are not permitted without a written dealer agreement.

Delivery acceptance

An adult must sign for every delivery. A signed delivery receipt without noted damage confirms the order was received complete and in good condition, except for concealed damage reported within 48 hours as described in our Shipping Policy.
