Lumira Furniture Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of lumirafurn.com and purchases from Lumira Furniture. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked below.

Product information

We work to keep titles, specifications, dimensions, finishes, images, prices, and availability accurate. Furniture can vary slightly by production run, screen color, natural material, grain, dye lot, or manufacturer update. Measurements are approximate unless the manufacturer states otherwise. Customers are responsible for confirming product dimensions, room fit, doorway and stair clearance, and building access before ordering.

Pricing, availability, and order acceptance

An order confirmation means we received your request; it does not guarantee acceptance or availability. We may verify inventory, pricing, payment, shipping feasibility, or fraud risk before accepting an order. If a material catalog, pricing, or availability error is discovered, we will contact you with the available options and will not substitute a materially different item without authorization.

Payment

Payment is due through the methods offered at checkout. Taxes, delivery, and optional services are shown separately when applicable. Financing products, if offered, are governed by the provider's separate terms.

Delivery and access

Delivery dates are estimates until confirmed by the carrier. The customer must provide accurate contact and access information, be available for the scheduled appointment, and ensure the merchandise can safely reach the intended location. Delivery, damage reporting, missed appointments, and split shipments are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Returns and cancellations

Eligibility, exclusions, damage claims, restocking fees, return freight, cancellation timing, and refund processing are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Manufacturer warranties

Some products include a manufacturer warranty. Warranty duration and coverage vary by brand and item.
