Shipping Policy

Lumira Furniture ships furniture orders by freight/LTL carrier. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart and delivery destination.

Processing and Transit Estimates

Most furniture orders require 2 to 7 business days for processing before the shipment is released to the carrier. Freight/LTL transit typically takes 5 to 15 business days after pickup, depending on destination, carrier routing, and appointment availability. These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery Method

Standard freight delivery is typically curbside or threshold delivery unless a different service level is shown or purchased at checkout. The carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Please make sure your phone number and delivery address are accurate at checkout.

Inspect on Delivery

Inspect your furniture and packaging at delivery. If damage is visible, note it with the carrier when possible and take photos before moving or assembling the item. Damage claims must be reported to Lumira Furniture within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
