Return and Damage Policy

We want your furniture delivery to be clear, documented, and handled promptly. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

Damage Claims

Customers have 48 hours after delivery to inspect furniture and report any damage. Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and must include clear photos of the product, packaging, and damaged area.

If damage is not reported within 48 hours of delivery, Lumira Furniture may be unable to file a carrier or supplier claim.

Returns

Customers may return eligible furniture for any reason, including if the item does not fit the room or you do not like the look, within 15 days of receiving delivery.

A 25% restocking fee applies to returns. The customer is responsible for any additional return shipping costs, including freight/LTL pickup or return carrier charges.

Returned items must be in substantially the same condition in which they were delivered, with reasonable care taken to protect the item and packaging during return transit.

How to Start a Return or Damage Claim

Email info@lumirafurn.com within the applicable deadline. Include your order number, delivery date, item name, reason for return or claim, and photos if damage is involved. We will respond with next steps and any return shipping instructions.
