Furniture delivery is not one-size-fits-all. A boxed accent table and a multi-piece sectional require different equipment, labor, and access planning. Lumira offers three clear service levels so customers can choose the help they need.
Curbside delivery
The carrier brings the shipment to the first safe, accessible point outside the residence. It is the best-value option when you have help available and can move, unpack, and assemble the furniture yourself.
In-room delivery
The crew carries the merchandise through an accessible route into the selected room. It is useful for heavy case goods, sofas, and customers who do not want freight left outside. Assembly and packaging removal are not included unless explicitly stated.
White-glove / light setup
This level includes room placement and the setup tasks confirmed at checkout. It is often the smart choice for bedroom sets, dining sets, reclining furniture, and larger orders. Complex wall mounting, electrical work, plumbing, and construction are outside standard furniture setup.
How to choose
- Choose curbside for smaller cartons and strong DIY help.
- Choose in-room when weight or distance from the curb is the main concern.
- Choose white-glove when placement, basic setup, and a smoother handoff matter most.
Before delivery, measure all access points and tell us about stairs, elevators, gated entry, long carries, or restricted hours. Read the complete shipping policy for timing and access details.
